MONTYDONS SPACE FRAME



Made from chrome molly steel,this frame was designed to my own specification for Strength,Light weight and cosmetics.The criteria was also for the frame to be universal For laverda engines,Alpino, Montjuic,Atlas and 650/668 fitment.Ease of cylinder head And barrel removal with engine in situation can also be carried out with this design.
The rear shock was also designed to be offset to allow for battery installation.
Standard or customised parts,ie wheels forks tank and seat units can be fitted allowing Owners to build bikes to their own specification/design.

ALLOY REAR SPROCKETS

Made from aerospace spec alloy and less than half the weight of steel items
Available in a range of sizes from 36 to 48 tooth 530 fitments.

EXHAUST TOP CLAMPS
Re- cast exact replicas of original items,machined to fit all 500 models.

SUPERTRAPP SYSTEM

Deisigned and tested for the Montjuic only.This was developed to fit the original silencers Bringing noise levels down from 105 db to a nearly acceptable level of 98db with no Adverse effects on performance.

ALTERNATOR COVER

Re- cast and three times stronger than original,has the same O.D dimensions as original Items and has laverda inscription,comes mirror polished and ready to fit.

BILLET P.KCOVER

Machined from solid billet,is substantionaly stronger than original items and could save Damage to ignition components in the event of mishaps.Mirror polished finish.

BILLET FOOT LEVER ENDS

Machined from solid billet alloy,these items are exact replicas of originals.
Available for Montjuic and Jota rearset models

Machined from solid billet alloy, these items are available for fitment on Montjuic and Jota Rearset models.

MONTJUIC EXHAIST DOWNPIPES

Made to same specification as originals with welded and machined collars, finished in Satin heat resistant painted finish.
